I can't believe that school is just around the corner, and I've never been so confused or unsure about what this year of college is going to bring. Why does everything that was once so stable kinda fall apart all of the sudden...? I definitely don't have this thing to pretend to be deep though, so enough of the crazy talk. Rush is just around the corner, and yes I called it "rush" not "recruitment"... deal with it! haha I'm living with Erin this year, and its going to be fantastically amazing... we pretty much lived together forever anyways, so now we can like make it official... we're probably gonna get married sometime soon :) haha just kidding, she's just my BFF not my BF! what a middle school thing to say...

speaking of middle school, how amazing is it gonna be when I walk into class with my Lisa Frank school supplies... we really decided that we didn't get enough of those 3rd-6th grade, and it's really time to bring them back. I had a Lisa Frank PIRATE notebook for Calc 3 b/c that was all they had at 1am at CVS, and you know what? I passed that crazy class without knowing ANYTHING... coincidence? There's no way!

VH1 artist on the rise has NEVER let me down... Corinne Bailey Rae? KT Tunstall? Uh, yea, both amazing! And o my gosh, you'll never believe what CHEATERS Rascal Flatts are... I was watching Dawson's Creek the other day (the episode a million years ago when Joey and Dawson decided to like eachother for the first time!) and what song was playing? Bless the Broken Road.... like 5 years before Rascal Flatts came out with it... and even more, Jenni had a CD from Junior year in High school, and guess what song was on it? "What Hurts the Most"! But it was NOT by the country singers... I just can't even believe I fell for that!!

Hooray for the new Phis coming in! I already love them I think... o gosh Diana had a CD of 31 of the BEST Phi Mu songs.. ritual songs, cheers, door songs (who knew those existed) and we sang them for like an hour... and missed chapter. Who are we?!

WHOOOOOA....Summer is sooo fun, but i don't know about this whole JOB thing... it's the first job i've ever had... and i'm a GOLF TOURNAMENT RULES OFFICIAL! Usually there is need for more explanation, so ask questions and i'll answer... some common answers: no, i don't play golf, yes, i know all the rules, yes, the pay is good enough to wake up at 5:30 am.... the best part of the summer is that i don't have to take classes!!!

But having a job is slightly annoying, you can't just NOT go, like with class... i think once i get married i'm going to get preggo right away so that i can never work! whoo hoo for the first PHI MU wedding that i'm going to this weekend! Holly and Kenny have dated longer than i've been alive: I mostly can't wait to sing Today With My Sisters... it's one of the best ones! Another perk of this summer is that i'm not living across the hall from my boyfriend this time... that was fun, but i really don't think that our relationship could withstand being "married" again.

I had some pepsi today. pepsi is the love child of coke and satan... so i guess it's really the hate child. mostly, it's whoa gross. I was watching a movie and they were drinking pepsi and it made me drive to the store and get some and then take a swig and throw it away outside. Dang it subliminal advertising!

Real world is really boring. Unless that skinny girl has an episode where she says a real phrase, i'm really not gonna appreciate it. She said "he's been judged a million times twice til sunday"... what does that mean? And that was just what she said right now, i can't even begin to quote the other wacko stuff.

Why are we still in school... how long must this go on... was the cheesecake at formal banana flavored? Yes it was... happy birthday banana flavored cheesecake to go with my non-alcoholic fruit punch... formal was crazy. and dry. We did mock rock for derby days, and pretty much, the pelvic thrusts that I performed probably rocked everyone's socks off from here to eternity.

I watched A Cindrella Story today... and now I know why I never wanted to watch it before... cut that child's bangs someone PLEASE! I think it's really funny that Lizzy McGuire (that will always be her name) broke her front teeth out with a microphone... does she still do concerts? Do people go? I would like to go with chicklets on my front teeth... so I could be more like her....

I'm writing a paper on solar power... i think that I could totally get away with "the sun burned my homework" because the irony of that is too much to let go... I don't like the pattern paisley...I see that word alot because the spell checker thinks that's how you spell my name... it's a really ugly pattern, and an even uglier name... paisley is the awkward child that pees himself on the playground in the school of patterns. Deal with that. There is a lion in a cage on the top of the TV in our sister kitchen... why? Isn't that our mascot? Is that a secret message? There's a bigger one beside him, but he's crammed in the little one... i think it's symbolic of our huge sorority being crammed into a small chapter room? 7th Heaven needs to die... that family is so messed up it's 7th level of hell now anyways... when is one of them gonna go gay so we can get it over with? And the drugs are on their way too...

my little has a boyfriend... no big deal.

ok let's see how long it takes for this, in the form of email, to circulate campus again! Last time, it was 3 hours... see if ya'll can top that! Ready, GO!

All done with my tests til SB06 is over. Jade, Erin, Megan and I are going to GO CRAZY at Jade's house... actually, we're just going to lay out, get cold, go to the tanning bed instead, and eat... same thing though.

My favorite thing is the season identity crisis that is sweeping the nation this week. I'll be walking to class and see a girl in a tank top and skirt, and not 10 steps later see a girl in jeans, fur boots, and a sweater. WHAT IS GOING ON!? Did these people fall off the face of the Earth every year around this time until now, and have no idea what to wear because they are already selling skirts and tank tops in the stores? I feel that anyone who went to a school requiring uniforms has a legitimate excuse to be out of touch with this whole new craze called March, but still, i manage to find something to wear that will keep me warm and cool at the same time...don't rush the summer ladies... it will get here, and also, let's all let the fridged part of winter go... just release... jeans and a polo and you're good to go for the next few weeks.

We did yoga today in chapter... I am officially the least flexible human being in the world. And i don't see how I don't fall over more because I can't stand on one foot to save my life. My energy lines were NOT aligned!

Today is Taylor and my 1 year anniversary. It's slightly exciting that we've dated this long... he got me this ridiculous ring that's like 4.5 carats of blue and white topaz (my birth stone). It was so thoughtful, and freaking exciting too!! I got him something over the top cheezy and whoa thoughtful... but it's pretty gay so I probably shouldn't say what it is... it's something that took forever to make though. We're going to dinner tomorrow night... I can't remember where, but it's super exciting to know we've made it this far.

OK sappyness over. School is starting to majorly suck, mostly because all 5 of my classes have homework due weekly and tests at the same time.. yes, 4 tests next week. I've really just given up on the whole shower thing... over rated. haha no, just kidding, but i never manage to get one in BEFORE class, so I look like poop every day in class.

We play ZTA in the basketball playoffs on Sunday... we're both really really competative teams, and our last game was WHOA close, so I hope it goes well. And I hope no one gets hurt, like tannis last year who had to have surgery after one game! (poor girl)
